England move up to fourth position in Fifa’s world rankings
England have moved up to fourth in the Fifa world rankings following last week’s 2-1 friendly win over Brazil.
The victory at Wembley was enough to move Roy Hodgson’s side up two places, while world and European champions Spain remain in top spot.
Scotland move up five places to 64th after beating Estonia 1-0 in their first match under Gordon Strachan.
Wales move up 13 spots to 68th but Northern Ireland drop to 102nd in the wake of their goalless draw in Malta.

Liverpool team fears racist abuse by Zenit fans
Liverpool will be the first team to play Zenit St Petersburg after some of the Russian club’s fans declared publicly that they did not want any black players on their team.
The statement came from Landscrona, one of the most significant Zenit fans groups.
Liverpool says it now has major concerns about the possibility of its players being racially abused.
Daniel Sandford reports from St Petersburg.

Football thugs banned from attending Wolves matches
Four football thugs who targeted and punched opposition fans in the street have been banned from attending Wolves games for a combined total of 10 years.
After Wolves’ game against Derby County at Molineux last August the four men threatened away supporters who were walking to Wolverhampton Railway Station.
Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court heard how one of the offenders – Shaun Jones – was seen to run into the main group of Derby fans before punching one in the face.
The men, who continued to shout abuse and tried to provoke the Derby fans, were recognised by police and were arrested and later charged with affray.
Sergeant Donna Jones, from West Midlands Police’s Football unit, said the group was well known to police football spotters for intimidating behaviour. She added: “These four and their associates are exactly the people who should have police attention focused on them at football and the courts clearly agree.
“The offences admitted to are still relatively minor in nature, despite the disruption they caused, however this pattern of behaviour, intended to goad other fans into participating in football violence, is not acceptable and we will look to pursue these offenders in court at every opportunity. This is not the behaviour of the vast majority of true Wolves supporters who I am sure will be pleased to hear of this outcome.”
The banning orders mean that the men will not be able to enter any town or city where Wolves are playing three hours before kick-off, during the match and three hours after the final whistle.
